This is NOT-A-CRM, but does the critical parts better than other Relationship Manager out there. ExpectMyCall is designed to be the best Call Follow Up tool ever conceived, most importantly the one which will always be with me when the desktop CRM is miles away. I am Not-A-Fan of Calendar interfaces, my development team didn't understand it at first - but a Legal Pad works better for me than my 12 electronic calendars. (I needed a hyper-planner. YOUR Records are YOUR business. Personal and Professional subscribers will be able to *EXPORT their call and contact records from the Google Cloud Firestore real-time database. Offline access for spotty data connections is one of the reasons for using Google. If you decide to cancel your subscription and move on to your own solution, the off-boarding process includes a Data export Download entitlement.

The export entitlments do not accumulate, but if your pay for data you can get it back at any time.
